Swanky Paws Pet Spa requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel any appointment. Please cancel your appointment by phone, not by text message or email. Late cancellations for grooming will be charged a cancellation fee of $25. Late cancellations for boarding will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.

No-shows without any cancelation will be charged the full amount of services reserved. This fee will need to be paid before any future appointments can be booked. Swanky Paws Pet Spa closes daily at 6:00 PM. Any pets left after 6:00 PM will be charged a late pick-up fee of $25. Pets left after 6:15 PM will be boarded until the following day at the regular boarding rate plus an emergency boarding fee of $50, which can be paid at pickup along with any outstanding grooming charges.

Please note we are closed on Sundays. If you are concerned that you may not make it in time to pick up your pet, please contact us to make arrangements, as the pre-booked boarding fee is considerably lower than the emergency boarding fee for local dog boarding in Lawrenceville, GA.

At check-in, you may meet with your pet’s stylist or dog trainers in Lawrenceville, GA and talk about the services you are considering. Please allow time, especially on your first visit, to fully discuss the type of haircut and services that your pet prefers. For the safety of your pet and others, we ask that our canine friends be brought in on a leash or carrier. Felines should be brought in with a carrier. We ask that you feed your pet a light breakfast on the morning of their service. Please walk your dog on a leash in the designated dog walk area before bringing him or her into Swanky Paws. Cleanup materials are provided for your convenience. You will be responsible for purchasing any merchandise your pet urinates on or otherwise damages.

To expedite the check-in process, please make sure that you sign our grooming waiver before you arrive. If you would like to email a copy of your pet’s current vaccination record, please send it to receptionist@swankypaws.com.

Please note that Swanky Paws Pet Spa is closed for business on New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Juneteenth, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
